Missing EMS package from TinyDeal. PayPal and the seller send away. What to do? How to return money?

I ordered a parcel from TinyDeal ($ 200), the shipment was EMS, the parcel left China on August 12 and after that it was not noted anywhere. Apparently, she reached Russia and disappeared in it even before the marks, respectively, there is nothing to ask from Russia.
I wrote to the seller about the problem, for a month they feed me “Wait some days more” and that everything will come. Before me, parcels from TinyDeal and other ranks of shops arrive by EMS in 14-20 days. Now 40 has passed and the status of the parcel from "Export China" does not change.

Created a PayPal dispute and transferred it to Claim after 42 days. The seller provided PayPal with a tracking number, after which I was sent away with the opportunity to either close the dispute or change its type to "received the wrong product." There are no other actions, and if I do not apply them, the dispute will be closed after a certain period. I also found on the Internet that if the seller provides a tracking number, then it is unrealistic to win, PayPal sends away, they say the goods were sent to you, wait.

Tell me, is it possible to somehow solve the problem, or is it all “goodbye” to money now? On ebay, such problems were solved without difficulty, and there is even nowhere to complain about the store and they don’t care about customer reviews (unlike sellers on ebay).

Once again I am convinced that TinyDeal is the last place where it is worth buying something, in each parcel one of the goods was defective, they refused to change, they sent to fix it in Russia.

The problem here is not TinyDeal, but mail. Apparently Paypal has changed its return policy due to the Russian Post.
Do not forget that in extreme cases you can contact your bank and return the money using Visa\MasterCard.
And while you wait, I think it will come.

Just in mid-August, tracking broke down at the PR. Parcels sent at that moment are listed as missing after being exported from China, although they have already been successfully received. Personal experience: the battery traveled from Alibaba to St. Petersburg for 39 days, its track broke off in China and will remain so forever.

40 days for our mail is not much - a personal example, the parcel hung with the status "export China" from 21.06 to 5.08 - then relatively quickly reached 16.08. So all is not yet lost.

For the future, I advise EMS not to send anything to Russia at all. The fact is that EMS parcels are somehow processed separately, not in the general flow. All parcels sent to me by EMS came very wrinkled. Moreover, the Russian Post is within the normal range, or even without the slightest bruises or scratches. In principle, you still have two weeks to wait until the dispute is open. You can offer to return the money, and if you receive the package again, send it to them, you just need to be honest. Another option is to contact the vk.com/tinydealshop group . It is better for an electronics specialist to order at pandawill.com , they take their customers more seriously. And on teens, I take only small things for everyday life for small amounts.

Since when did PayPal start trusting incomplete tracking? In all the disputes / brands that I encountered, the track number did not play a decisive role (only if it showed that the parcel had been received). Actually, this is one of the reasons why many sellers do not want to contact Russia - you send a parcel, and because of problems with the mail it hangs somewhere, and then the buyer also wins the brand. Did you open a dispute about non-receipt?

Well, call ems first and ask them.

Chinese EMC compensates no more than 500 yuan + 60 yuan per kilogram. Those. the maximum that EMC will return to the seller is ~ $ 100. What he will return to you depends on his policy.
As a person who sends dozens of parcels a day, I can also say that you should not mess with EMC. If you are lucky and reach it, then most likely quickly, but if you get lost, then it will already make ends meet. For a tariff 3-4 times more expensive than ordinary Chinese mail, this is absolutely horse-like, the difference of 5-7 days is not worth it. Myths about long airmail (like R * ... CN) so far, according to our statistics, remain myths. The average is 19 days, the maximum so far is 32. The minimum is 10.
