How to get the name of the sold item option [Ebay API]?

The goal is to receive all sold orders from Ebay. We sell many products with options.

I get a list of orders with the /getOrders request.

I need to get the name of the product and the name of all the options selected by the user. But from the useful in the array, only the name of the product and the id of the variations.
