Missing domain.?

Good evening gentlemen!
Today seems to be a day of problems for everyone. The tweeter did not work, VK was buggy as always.
Well, in general, I registered a domain on Godaddy on 10/12/2015, and the next day I tied it to one of the hostings.
Today I needed to untie it and bind it to another one, but it didn’t work out there -
I go to my personal account on GoDaddy, and go to the domain manager to change records - op, but I don’t have domains, that is, I bought a domain from them, paid for a year, I go to the personal account - but there is no domain. I think, well, something went wrong, I decided to look in the archive of payments - but it is empty, there is nothing related to payment.
Support is not responding, has anyone experienced this?

Try to find an Order Receipt in the mail to buy a domain. Account details should also be there.
