In the firewall, in the forward chain, make the rule ABOVE fasttrack:
xx.xx.xx.xx - address of your server. After that, in the mangle, create a rule:
xy.xy.xy.xy - the gateway of the provider through which the server should go.
This is one of the options.
The second option is tags in the mangle. IMHO, it's more difficult. I wrote you a better solution. By the way, it can only be implemented on version 6.35 and higher. For other questions, the answers are here
