Mikrotik RB951G - how to solve problems with getting an address via dhcp over wi-fi?

Good day.
There is a Mikrotik RB951G router, computers are connected to it via switches via copper, which calmly receive ip addresses via dhcp from a dedicated pool of addresses. Cisco Aironet 1140 points are also connected, the points receive addresses without problems. They are configured as APs, they were also configured as bridges, but clients connecting through these points do not receive dhcp addresses.
If you use not Mikrotik as a router, then everything works fine and addresses are issued.
The question is, is there some tricky dhcp server setting in Mikrotik that does not allow receiving addresses?

=) maybe this is the so-called "temporarily avoid bad connection" problem. Simply put, "weak signal"! In android, in the waffle settings, you can cut off the "filter of Wi-Fi networks with a weak signal." And it will be seen that the IP address has been received. The problem is easily solved in Mikrotik tab wireless - interface settings | advanced mode - tx power. turn the power up to 24 and enjoy life. possible up to 27dBm, but this is about 1 w. If the eggs are not a pity .. you can put.

@Buchachalo

Can on tsiska it is necessary to include DHCP relay? Do you have a flat network?
