Mikrotik rb951-2n not opening forwarded port from LAN?

Good day to all. set up a router, made port forwarding, the site opens from the external network and there is a connection via rdp but from the local network if you open the site via a domain name. it throws an error. tell me how to fix this problem?

A thousand times solved problem. Hairpin-NAT you need either a replacement DNS name for local users or DMZ with full routing and no port forwarding.

add another rule to NAT:
the link has an example
/ip firewall nat
add chain=srcnat src-address=192.168.1.0/24 \
dst-address=192.168.1.2 protocol=tcp dst-port=80 \
out-interface=LAN action=masquerade
