Mikrotik - proxy from home to work?

Dear, is it really possible to raise some kind of proxy on the RB751U?
The thing is - at semi-state work, admins block 95% of the sites that are required to resolve issues related to the work itself ... no one has ever seen the admins themselves, and they don’t care about anything - they don’t do anything with downloading movies via ftp from the Internet.
When you try to enter sites, the automatic filter, according to some of its criteria, writes "Games, porno, humor", etc. and does not allow access to harmless sites. Moreover, the filter is self-learning, and after a few minutes on the site it can be banned forever. Tired.
If I buy an external IP from a provider - what are the next steps to provide Internet from work through a home router?
Thank you.

well, for good, here we should not talk about a proxy, but about connecting to a home mikrotik via VPN - namely, activate an L2TP or PPTP server on it, set up a user for it and connect ..
And, yes - you need to buy an IP address from a provider , for good ..
If admins cut ports to connect to L2TP or PPTP, then set up an SSTP server on Mikrotik - it works on port 443 and will not be blocked ..
Only if your home IP is banned ..))

VPN, SSH, etc., but you need to know what else is blocked at your company, or find out which ports are allowed

Admins will see traffic (probably high) to a specific IP and block it. All your investments will go nowhere, for that you will pump a little on network technologies...
It is better to buy a VPS, not advertising - for example, on mne.ru - 90 rubles a month, but even if they block it, it's not scary =)
If not with a Russian IP, then it can be cheaper, for example, I have a VPS in France now, they charge 50 rubles there ...
