Mikrotik or Unifi Ubiquiti for WiFi?

Hello, please share your experience. Now, when setting up Wi-Fi zones, I use Mikrotik routers and Wi-Fi access points from Ubiquiti. I would like to try switching to access points from Mikrotik, but I'm not sure if they will work at least as well as equipment from Ubiquiti? If anyone has experience with this please share your thoughts and experiences. Is it worth trying at all?
Tasks are different, usually from 20 to 500 devices. Seamless roaming, controller, speed limit, etc. Now I use Unifi depending on the situation: NanoStationM2, AP AC Mesh, Outdoor + and Unifi AP LR. What are the analogues of these products from Mikrotik? And is it even worth trying?
Thank you.

Hello!
I definitely recommend switching to points from MikroTik .
I myself worked with such a [MikroTik + Unifi] bundle in one organization. Due to the difference in manufacturers and some technologies, such a neighborhood was uncomfortable.
Why MikroTik Access Points? CAPsMAN !
Centralized management, unified settings, configuration exclusively from the controller (excluding the preparatory phase).
It is for the same reasons that he himself chose the products of this company: they cope with high loads, many different settings, roaming, centralized management.
A set of hEX PoE and cAP AC performs well on one of the sites.
Recommend!

The question is what unifi points you have installed. If only support is 2.4, then it definitely needs to be changed to points from Mikrotik with support for 2.4 / 5 GHz.
If your points are normal, then I would recommend switching to Equipment from unifi.
Compared to Mikrotik, they have a more understandable interface and all control is either through the cloud (you need an additional unifi cloud whistle) or through an application installed on a PC.
Seamlessness, distribution of settings, firmware updates are all available through the web interface.

To be honest, with the number of points from 100, both ubnt and mikrotik are more than a dubious solution, but ... if you choose the best from the worst, then mikrotik. Here, many writers like the "next" button, preferring Ubiquiti, but given that the web interface is not sharpened for fine and fine tuning, Mikrotiki is more flexible if you understand how wireless data networks should work. But, once again, on large decisions, this is more than a dubious option.

Analogues can be found on the Mikrotik website.
It looks like you're not using a Ubiquiti controller (device or VM, doesn't matter), so there shouldn't be a problem.
