WiFi mode - Access points in Windows do not accept the WI-FI password. Cause?
I create a WI-FI point from a laptop using a virtual WI-FI adapter.
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid="MyHomeInternet" key="pass12345678" keyUsage=persistent
Start network
netsh wlan start hostednetwork
Share VPN connection. Everything is working. The Internet is being distributed.
After about a day, the Windows access point starts again asking for a WPA-2 password, and when you enter the correct password, the password does not fit. After a reboot everything works again. Connecting.
Windows 7 Ultimate has COMODO FIREWALL installed. Set up for Internet sharing.
Question: for what reason, after a day, the virtual access point on WINDOWS again requires a password and does not authorize the client?
Maybe you need to open some ports on the firewall?
