Mikrotik: one specific eth port -> l2tp-server. How?

Good afternoon! A beginner with Mikrotik, the piece of iron is a bit old, but it works - RB750.
I'm also new to the resource, so if you don't understand some idea, hit it)

Introductory:
1. There are 2 physical local networks.
1) 10.10.10.0
2) 10.134.65.0
2. Mikrotik in fully cleared configuration mode. Those. designed for this task. Should act as a VPN server.

Task:
1. "Wrap" one of the networks included in the physical port into a VPN so that you can connect from another local network via this VPN. You cannot connect these networks using regular static routes.
those. Conventionally, the 1st network is connected to eth-1, the second to eth-2. On the eth-2 side, there is a client that needs to get to a machine located on the first network.
How can I do it?

So I didn't understand. Networks are physically included in 1 Mikrotik or what?
And this client should transparently connect or raise vpn?

You don't have to do anything on Mikrotik. If it is already configured as a VPN server for one network (let's say for 10.10.10.0), then on the 10.134.65.0 network, you need to configure the VPN client on any client of this network to access the 10.10.10.0 network, it will receive its IP in the VPN network ( let's say 10.100.0.5) and will have access to all shared resources of the VPN network.
