Mikrotik, Grandstream sip phones, 2 subnets?

Good afternoon.
Given: Mikrotik CRS125-24G-1S, Grandstream GXP 1628 phones . On Mikrotik,
I installed two subnets on one bridge (192.168.0.254/24 for PC, 192.168.1.254/24 for phones).
Everything clearly works, BUT the web-interface of the phones slows down a lot.
BUT if the phone is in the same subnet with the PC (192.168.0.254/24), then everything is OK and there are no brakes on the web interface.
Maybe someone came across? Or did I do something wrong on Mikrotik?
Ping to phones <1ms.
Tell me please.

What is your router firmware version?
Split the bridges into two
. One for each subnet. Hang each ip on a separate bridge.

And why was it so divided networks? do 192.168.0.254/23 and you'll get the same thing only with smaller hemorrhoids.
If you need to isolate telephony from the local area, then gradstreams are quite good at connecting vlan. Here, too, everything is simple, the server and phones are on the same network and the LAN is on the other.
From personal experience, I can say that I had strange problems with grandstreams in 192.168.x.x networks, so I immediately moved to 10.x.x.x. The glitch was expressed in the fact that sometimes the phone ignored dhcp and hung up on its standard address.
