Mikrotik does not send RPC traffic through the tunnel?

There is a site-2-site l2tp / ipsec between RRAS and Mikrotik.
Everything seems to be fine. But RPC \ DCOM traffic does not go.
There are no restrictions on firewalls.
Portqry says that 135 TCP filtered, UDP Listening or filtered
If you connect the machine via VPN \ DirectAccess to RRAS, then everything is fine.
The plug is obtained on Mikrotik.
Has anyone come across?

Either you have a firewall, or the traffic is not standard, multicast for example.
