Mikrotik + Cisco Easy VPN, perhaps?

Hello.
There is a network consisting of Cisco 2801 as a kernel and ASA5505 as client points (branches roughly speaking). Between ASA and Cisco to lift IPSec, Easy VPN Server is configured on 2801. Due to the fact that 2801 is already quite old and does not cope with all the tasks, it must be replaced with something fresher. The choice fell on Mikrotik RouterBoard 1100.
Google gives a lot of information on IPSec L2TP, on Site to Site, but everything is sad with Easy VPN.
The question is, is it possible to raise tunnels on Mikrotik without changing the ASA settings?

As far as I know, Easy VPN is Cisco's proprietary technology with all the ensuing consequences, including the inability to implement it in any form on non-Cisco devices...

If everything is done on ciscos, why buy Mikrotik? Especially at the center point.
no, besides, it is not yet clear how you have IPSec configured and whether all the options enabled on the dongles will be supported by Mikrotik
