You need an external port that comes from microtic to add to vlan. The default vlan itself was created. Googled - found nothing, or did not understand. How to determine the external port of Mikrotik and add it to the created vlan?

Reformulate the question, it is too blurry, but if you need to create a VLAN, then:
Create VLANs on Mikrotik
Create VLANs on Mikrotik_RUS
External port, i.e. for ISPs in Mikrotik terminology, eth1 is often used.
