Why is traffic from users not going to another network?

Good afternoon. Help me understand what is my mistake in the org network between 2 offices.
1. There is office "A" with Mikrotik installed and network 172.16.11.0/24
2. There is office "B" with Mikrotik installed and network 192.168.1.0/24
between them, I organized an L2tp tunnel with addresses 172.16.25.1 at office "B" and 172.16.25.2 at office "A"
between offices, pings go both ways, if you ping from routers, and if you ping from computers from these networks, then pings do not go.

Thank you all, I figured it out, the problem was that the other branch had the same network, it is necessary to fix everything in the scheme in the future.

Try changing gw in routes
172.16.25.1 change to 172.16.25.2
172.16.25.2 change to 172.16.25.1
