Migration to Drupal 8?

I'm not catching up a bit, I have a site on Drupal 7, I want to migrate to version 8 of Drupal. As before, do I have to wait for all the modules I use to publish a version under 8 or is there another way? Is there a module that can automatically determine which modules are ready for migration and which are not?
