Why is Drupal's migrate module not working correctly?

I'm completely new to Drupal, the situation is like this, we are migrating from a donor, everything is fine, BUT one of the databases is not transferred, the connection seems to be lost, these errors fly out:

This is an error while copying the file, check if the file exists and if it has permissions.
