We did the following:
1) We raised the Exchange server and set up an MX record with the highest priority than Google.
2) Created boxes on exchange.
3) Downloaded all letters from the mailbox to pst. Uploaded to Exchange using powershell. Sometimes, if a download error occurred a couple of times, they downloaded through Outlook.
4) After successful downloading of letters, the mailbox was deleted from Google.
5) When everyone was deleted, the MX record was edited.
