Migrating from Win XP to Win 7?

Good day to all.
There is a task - to transfer 400 machines from Win XP to Win 7 while maintaining all the data that is on the PC. The term is 3 months.
Already raised and deployed by SCCM.
What is the best and easiest way to do this?
