Microsoft Virtual Adapter. Clients stop seeing the network after a few days?

In general, the question is on the subject, although the network is normally configured and the weight worked fine. Neither disabling / enabling the wireless and virtual adapter, nor updating the device driver helped. And rebooting both machines didn't help either.

Try changing the plan to “High Performance” in terms of power supply, surprisingly, many of these sores heal.

In the adapter properties -> Power management, if you uncheck the box that allows you to turn off the device to save power, does it also help?
