Requires replacement software for Microsoft Project. I would like to be able to:

1) Assign resources (human, material (say, a one-time purchase of Windows Server), temporary
2) Export to pdf (Open Proj exports only to a picture), excel
3) The ability to calculate the cost of the project separately by the cost of working time, separately for the necessary one-time purchases
4) Gant
5) Free or inexpensive
