Microsoft Edge: How to restore missing favorites after upgrading to Windows 10 Redstone 5?

I use an MS account in Windows 10. After updating to Redstore 5 (1809), all bookmarks from the Favorites folder disappeared, only empty subfolders remained in Favorites. Synchronization of all settings in Windows is enabled. If the data is synchronized - should they remain somewhere in the MS cloud? Can they be viewed, downloaded or imported back?
