How to achieve transparent synchronization between Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel?

Good day!
There is an account in Google, with certain documents in which you need to work.
With a very large amount of data, the tab with tables starts to lag and slow down to such an extent that it becomes simply unbearable to work.
However, in the office on the computer itself, with the same amount of data, there is no such problem.
Question: Are there ways to synchronize the office table file from Microsoft and Google?
It is desirable that I do not even think about it, but everything happens automatically.
If there is no such way, then I will be glad to any other.
(You don't have to talk about CTRL-C CTRL-V).
