Is there a schematic somewhere for some small old microprocessor like Intel 4004 (or older)? Interested in processors of any architecture (as long as the description is also attached) with a small (up to 50 thousand) number of transistors. And yes, I’m not interested in the description of their commands, but in particular the diagram of the insides (location of transistors, etc.)

Opencores.org had Verilog/VHDL descriptions of all sorts of circuits. These are not masks, of course, but all this can be brought to the location of transistors if desired :)
