Microdata in HTML?

On orders for freelance, the word micro-markup began to slip.
Is it worth making up with it and wasting time?
Or is it an optional feature?

With the help of it, they don’t make up, they add attributes to the existing markup and that’s it.
Spend time ? - it will take a maximum of 1-2 hours to implement microdata (for example, schema.org)
is not a mandatory feature

Microdata is more about SEO - it tells search engines what is the address and what is the phone number.

If you use the schema.org/Product markup for a card of goods or services, then the price and description of the product will be beautifully displayed in the snippet of the search engine results. The schema.org/Organization markup also displays the address in the snippet . the breadcrumbs were issued in Russian, but this is only relevant for Google, Yandex has a different algorithm for translating breadcrumbs, it does not take information from the markup. These are the three main markups that make sense to use. You can also apply the schema.org/ItemList markup for product listings and schema.org/Table for tables. Additional information can be read herehttps://habrahabr.ru/company/yandex/blog/246003/ and here https://yandex.ru/support/webmaster/schema-org/

Depends on a situation. You can offer it as an additional option.

Well, this is indirectly related to layout, because. you should not sit and guess where what pictures and headings and info need to be written. I will join Stalker_RED , issue it as an additional option, and let the customer describe everything in detail on the map, where what information should be displayed.
