Microcomputer for Windows Server - which one to choose?

Guys, for linux there are a lot of all kinds of single-boarders - raspberry pi, orange pi, odroid and others.
Is there anything similar for windows server?.. I am fundamentally not interested in windows 10 iot, not that. You need a full-fledged Windows with the possibility of rdp-management.
The priority is low power consumption.
A normal VDS of rubles starts from 250, if there is a single-payer within 3-5 thousand, then in a couple of years it should fully pay for itself.

x86 at this price you will not find. If only because some processors cost so much.
The closest analogues are the Intel Compute Stick.
+ it is incorrect to compare with Linux VPS "for 250 rubles", because the cost of a windows license will greatly affect the price.

recently received one. There are more powerful versions, but more expensive.
And for the mentioned price, you can only buy a thin client and all sorts of "pies" on which Windows unfortunately does not work.
