Merge NTFS and exFAT partitions?
On a disk, for example, 2 partitions
1 Windows (NTFS)
2 exFAT with data
. Can I somehow connect them? without copying files (since there are a lot of them and huge sizes).
It is possible, for example, to convert exFAT to NTFS and then merge partitions with saving files (it sounds stupid, but is there a chance?).

You cannot merge two different file systems.
If you transfer the second partition to ntfs, then in time it may take as long as copying. It's easier to copy that way.
If your data is important, then I would advise you not to risk it. At least just ask someone for a big disk for a couple of days, copy everything there, and then create what you need on your disk.
We have repeatedly encountered cases of data loss even when resizing a partition, not to mention something more.
You can connect the partition as a folder, probably - I'm not sure if it will work with exFAT.
Backup exFAT partition
Delete exFAT partition
Extend NTFS partition
Load data back
?????
PROFIT!
There is a chance to delete one partition and expand another
Well, the operation is fraught with the risk of losing all data, an uninterruptible power supply and a second electric line are welcome
