How to move files from too long path?

On the net I find only solutions for cleaning directories containing such files:
robocopy /MIR c:\empty c:\myannoyingfolder
Is there a bat to reduce subfolders?
To be able to transfer such files without problems and to generally tidy up the directories.
I have a lot of folders, in which there is only one folder and only inside of which there are files.
