How to rename archive paths via winrar cli console?

Hello.
There is an archive, it has such a hierarchy "folder / old / different files and folders"
You need to rename the old folder to new
In a regular winrar, it's easy, 2 times clicked on the folder and wrote a new name.
But I need it via CMD, there is a "rn"
command there. I thought it would work like this rar rn archive.rar */old/* */new/*
Didn't work. He changes something, but everything is not as it should be, it turns out a complete mess.
I tried many different ways, but I always get a strange result, the feeling that he is renaming something from the bullshit.
Actually the question itself is in this, as in a similar archive, rename the folder.
If this is not real, then maybe there are some programs for zip? Maybe it's easier to do it in zip?
What other options are there? In general, the essence is this, I need to download about 30 archives via ftp with a script, then rename the folders in them (that is, the paths in the archive itself) and upload them back via ftp.
If someone knows how to do it through for example nodejs, php or python, then please write.
Still, if you can’t do this with a console winrar, then you need any way.
PS: Well, if a full-fledged Winrar does it in a couple of clicks, then the console one should too, right?

@saboteur_kiev

just */old/* is both dir/old/file and dir/dir/dir/old/file
with masks, everything is not simple.
If you know the exact name, then write without asterisks
