Merge 2 network cards into 1?

Good day to all.
Whether prompt there is a technology, combinations of 2 network interface cards in one? for example, one is only for transmission, the second is only for receiving a signal, and will there be an increase in speed (both gigabit)?
This question is not for a specific task, but simply to broaden one's horizons.
And if so, how can it be implemented?
For practice, there is a server on Ubuntu and WIndows (both there and there SSD).
Thanks in advance for your replies

Link Aggregation

There is no such technology, the closest is link aggregation, for example, LACP, but in this case, the speed is not greater than the speed of the physical interface. The channel will become wider, but no more. You can send 2 Gbps traffic to multiple clients, but you can only send 1 Gbps to one.
Now network cards already work in duplex .. those are simultaneous reception and transmission. It makes no sense to divide 1 into reception and the second into transmission.
