Media query works differently on different PCs, why?

Hello!
Why might there be such a problem?
A site with a decrease in the visible area in the div tool on my PC, the adaptive works fine on all browsers, for example, at a width of 375px, but on another PC it only works at 374px! Why could this be? Browsers are the same, OS too!
