Mechanical keyboard for a programmer?

Good day!
Be so kind, advise the keyboard on the following parameters:

1. Buttons: Cherry MX Clear , Cherry MX Brown or Cherry MX Blue . Can be analogs.
   
2. Wired.
   
3. Big Enter.
   
4. Properly placed double Control and Shift.
   
5. Normal lock keys.
   
6. Function keys.
   
7. Numeric block and "Delete-block" (ХЗ, what to call it).
   
8. Arm rest.
   
9. Russification or complete absence of inscriptions.
   
10. Lighting is not desirable.
    
11. Ergonomics a la MS would be a plus, but not required.

IMHO, hitting all parameters is very problematic.
