Measurement of acceleration time using an accelerometer on android, is it real?

Hello.
It's no secret: to measure the acceleration of, say, a bicycle from 0 to 30, using an accelerometer, it's enough to figure out the formula: V = V0 + a * t, where V0 will be zero (or something else), a - data from the accelerometer, t - not difficult timer run ...
But here's a joke, let's say we put the body on the panel in the car and start freezing ... Op, a small bump, a little parallel to the axis of movement of the device, and questions arise: how to normalize this frozen then? Let's mb somehow connect the GPS? But somehow I draw the final algorithm weakly for myself ...
So, does anyone have any ideas, advice, etc.? Has anyone already dealt with something similar? Especially on android? Where can Chinese phones be with obscure sensors, etc., etc.)

The acceleration can be obtained through the expression of the speeds V0, V and time t:
a=(V-V0)/t
