.me domain for ICO?

Question about registrars and the legal field.
I am currently considering GoDaddy, nic.ru, reg.ru as a registrar, but other options can be considered.
I would like to know which is more reliable.
I'm leaning towards GoDaddy, it's still not a Russian company, but an American one, and they don't like ICOs there, and ICOs will be held on the site.
So what to choose?

reg.ru is better, because in case of problems you can at least come to their office and sort it out on the spot.

GoDaddy has a rather complicated support, and for the purposes of ICO, they have a high risk of registering.
Choose mainly a registrar company from countries where ICO is not explicitly prohibited.
For example, you can choose reg.ru, nic.ru.
For ICO, the more familiar format is in the .io zone in the community of investors and developers, there will be more trust in the project.
