No way. If the domain is registered for "Vasya Pupyryshkin" with a passport number of 00 0 000 - reg.ru and will assume that such Vasya exists - and he does not care that this is an obvious crap.
The only way out (and then, if this is a name like shla-masha-po-shosse.ru, which no one needs) is not to pay, wait for the payment period to expire, and then register the name again. If the registrar has such a feature, you can try a directed transfer, assignment of rights under an agreement, in general, anything that transfers administrator rights from Vasya Pupyryshkin's account to an account with a real name.
It has already been said a thousand times - if the domain is taken seriously and for a long time - indicate the realpassport details! Because otherwise "you are tormented to swallow the dust" (C) running in an attempt to change this data.
