MCSA certification for Windows Server 2012, is it worth it?

Does it make sense to take the MCSA certification for Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and take the exam at the moment? How relevant will this certificate be from the point of view of the employer.
I work in the field of information security, system administration is not the main direction.

If you are planning then MCSE and
MCSA specialization are not particularly quoted.
And it’s better right away for 2016.
Better yet, spend money and time on
CCNA Security - the basic level;
CCNP Security - professional level;
CCIE Security - expert;
