According to this video from Google, it is recommended to limit the number of links. 200+ is not bad yet, in the video they talk about thousands)
The presence of so many links on the page is the result of incorrectly constructed site navigation. The search engine generally doesn't care about the number of links, but more than 100 internal URLs can indicate a bad user experience for search engine visitors (those who are looking for a product, for example in Yandex), so your site may have lower positions. This is a great theory, but in practice it is different. My opinion is that it can influence, work out the navigation.
