Master's degree in Moscow, where to apply?

I will soon receive a bachelor's degree in the direction of PMI. I live in the Far East. I want to move to Moscow. I am looking for a master's degree, state university. I myself work as a system administrator, but I want to go into programming, maybe even an android (maybe I'm interested in this). where would you recommend to go? Of course, I want it for the budget, as there is not enough capital for a semester for 80k (at first I even considered countries such as Thailand and New Zealand, but the prices drove me away). I looked through the answers to similar questions here, St. Petersburg SPBA RAS is advised everywhere. I must say that I liked their program.

If you are counting on Bauran, Pomiran and other shads, then everything depends on matan, algebra/beginnings of analysis and discrete analysis. In fact, the same people take exams in all of the above. Approximate requirements are the same everywhere at this level: compscicenter.ru/pages/questions
