Is it possible to study programming with ONLY an android smartphone?

Why only a smartphone? For I am in prison and will be here for at least another year and a half :)
Can you recommend books to study theory or teach mathematical subjects like discrete mathematics, etc.
What can you think of? Or is the idea obviously unpromising?
Have basic knowledge of c# and java.

If you wish, you can, but in your case, desire and time allow. It is better to teach, what is interesting, you can always find a job. Alternatively, you can learn SQL, it will come in handy everywhere.

It's theoretically possible. But this is primarily inconvenient due to the small screen of the android. You can start by learning the Java language. It all depends on what you want to achieve in the end and what to display on the screen.
