You can do it like this. Create an environment variable using GPP, name it whatever you want, for example
Name DNUser
Value %UserNameDN%
Next, in element-level targeting, create an LDAP query
Filter (&(sAMAccountName=%UserName%))
Binding LDAP://%LogonDomain%
Attribute displayName
Name environment variable UserNameDN
Next, use this variable for mapping
\server01\users\%DNUser%
