How to fix BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO error?

At some point, the asus laptop showed a blue screen on boot with the inscription BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO
When I rebooted, the same thing. None of the proposed windows option works, again an error. Safe mode also does not allow to turn on, reset data, roll back the version too. Only the command line is available. What to do?
