Make the drop-down list of the catalog left menu active Bitrix?

The site is made in Bitrix (bitlate pro). It has a catalog drop down menu, on the left. But not all categories are displayed, only up to the "other products" tab. I managed to display all menu categories by commenting out the condition responsible for this. But after that it became inactive, i.e. when clicked, it drops out, and when reloading the page, it is folded by default.
I'm not strong in php, please tell me what needs to be written in the template so that it is active (expanded) by default?
ps without a commented section, it is expanded by default.
