Mailing group nesting. How do sending rights work?

Greetings!
I didn’t find the answer in the docks and Google, although maybe I didn’t look for it in the right way and asked the wrong way .... In practice, I don’t want to check.
Essence: There are distribution groups with the following rights:
All users (there are no restrictions on sending to this group)
Other groups are members of this group:
Group 1 (there are no restrictions on sending to this group)
Group 2 (only user X can send to this group )
Group 3 (there is no limit on sending to this group) The
question is: if any user, say Y , sends an email to the All users group , all users of the groups will receive this emailGroup 1 , Group 2 and Group 3 ? Or only users included in Group 1 and Group 3 ?

@dshumov

Only users of groups 1 and 3 will receive a letter and will receive a response for Y, which could not be delivered to group 2.

So, on the contrary, to impose a restriction on sending "Everyone" - there is less risk of sending emails with malware and deliberate spam :)
