Mail delivery error, what does the error mean?

Good afternoon everyone!
People please tell me what this error means 540 5.7.1 recipient address rejected: Blocked? I send a letter to the rambler mail, I receive a response such a response. as I understand it, this box does not exist
on the Internet, I rummaged through errors and I can’t understand whether it is this box and it’s blocked if it’s not there and it was deleted (the user deleted the box and it still hangs in the system and probably will hang), tell me who can come across with such a problem.

Anything can mean. The fact that the sender fought back with code 540 5.7.1 does not really mean at all that such a situation took place there. Most likely this box is blocked - due to spam, for example.
