How to automatically upload attachments to the cloud?

How to make a web interface for mail so that
a) you can send large attachments (several gigabytes)
b) if the attachment is large, it should be uploaded to the local cloud, and a link should be sent.
I can install Postfix+Roundcube+Owncloud, but I can't upload a large file in Roundcube, everything is in PHP and the maximum is set in PHP.INI.
I can install Postfix and extract attachments with all sorts of filters, but then there will be no web interface.
In general, what do you recommend?
