Why is an email sent via Hubspot not displaying correctly?

I have an email design that needs to be sent urgently from Hubspot. It includes images and text. I tried setting it up myself in Hubspot, but it doesn't display well on certain email systems (like Outlook for PC) and on mobile devices (where images and text should display differently in relation to each other. how do I fix this, which is correct were displayed in all common email programs on mobile and desktop computers.

do you send marketing or contact emails? only those for mailing, contacts for regular correspondence are displayed well
