There is a need to integrate an online store on Magento with accounting (some foreign). Questions:
1) What are the options in general
2) The cheapest option

It all depends on what the accounting system with which you need to integrate can do.
The options are:
1. Find a ready-made module to integrate with your system (if such a module exists, this is the cheapest option.)
2. Develop a module to integrate with your system. (This option will be much more expensive.)
