MacOS working with two webcams?

Greetings! There is a second camera in the system and it is selected by default in the Chrome settings, but as soon as I enter the sites where I need to use the camera, its native camera turns on automatically on the macbook and nothing can be done about it.

please tell me forcibly set the camera in the system by default, maybe there is an application or some alternative options
