MacOS how to find what crashes in the OS?

Hello.
After cleaning with the CleanMyMac utility and restarting the laptop, the Dock disappeared and the wallpaper is constantly flashing (then a black screen appears).
From the monitor, I see that Report crash is working and it seems that something was in startup and deleted. How can you determine what the problem is and solve it?
PS There is nothing in the autoload settings, but the situation does not change
