How to properly calibrate colors on iMac?

Dear users of apple products, namely iMacs and MacBooks. The other day I got myself an iMac, but I literally accidentally noticed that the colors on the iMac are brighter than what is acceptable on any other computer under the windows system. Accordingly, all site layouts that were made on a poppy actually had a different color, darker. Going into the computer settings, I found where the calibration is performed, however, there are 2 modes, these are automatic and expert. Please help and tell me how best to calibrate without unnecessary problems, so that the color reproduction is normal and on other computer screens the colors are transmitted as is.

Don't calibrate by hand. We use the budget " i1DP ", the designers are happy.
